Timekeeper/Administrative



  • Administrative representative to track and organize paperwork and do timekeeping for Turn Around staff on site.


  • Assist in any administrative/coordination activities the group may need to keep the turnaround crew running efficiently.


  • Duration of assignment is 1-2 months starting in Oct 2018. Schedule will be 6days/week with 8 to 10 hr days.


  • This is at a local Bay Area refinery so must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test and have or be able to obtain a TWIC card


  • Pay is dependent on experience.





  • Ability to work in? timekeeping software (SAP or Excel or Track).


  • 5 years administrative experience.

  • Have or be able to obtain a TWIC card





Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
