Responsible for the payroll and project billing processes in accordance with the established accounting standards and billing policy.
Key
Responsibilities:
Administer records that need to archive Organize timesheets by location Time Entry into CMiC Obtained supervisor approvals for timesheets Assisted in corporate audits Maintained timesheet files Managed CRC's Managed COR's and manual check requests Skills and Capabilities:
Knowledge of TRACK preferred
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or possession of a GED Refinery experience preferred Intermediate to advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Accounting software Billing experience preferred Timekeeping experience preferred Ability to work well with others under deadline driven situations and respond to changes in priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and see projects through to completion Employ problem-solving skills and analysis, report roadblocks to the Field Finance Manager as needed Physical Requirements:
Lifting < 10 LBS Must be able to work overtime hours and all shift schedules that may require up to 12-hours per day/ 7-days per week for extended durations Travel Requirements:
Not Required Preferred for specific projects when available.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
