Currently we are searching for seasoned dispatchers who are looking to further their career in EMS by joining our Communications team.
We are currently looking for additional team members for exciting growth in 2024.
Only PM Shifts Available Qualified applicants must possess prior ambulance/EMS dispatching experience along with outstanding multi-tasking skills, communication skills and critical thinking skills.

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Receive and accept incoming requests from customers via telephone and online portals Input accurate referral information to allow successful deployment of resources and reimbursement for services Operate and monitor two-way radio, MDT, GPS and paging systems in accordance with company policies and procedures Dispatch and monitor vehicles to ensure quality service and supportive guidance Document and maintain impeccable records/notes regarding various aspects of transports as outline by company policy and procedures Monitor specialized telecommunications equipment in line with local public agencies Ensure requests for service are met in a timely manner by scheduling, dispatching and monitoring vehicles and traffic patterns Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations and decrease turnaround times Maintain a positive attitude and be a motivational influence for your peers and co-workers Requirements:
