Full-time 10 hours ago Full Job Description TA Logistics Planner - Specializing in TA Logistics The Planner / Scheduler is responsible for:
Providing planning expertise throughout the phases of the project life cycle.
Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling, Closing.
Working with the project manager to develop a project schedule that adheres to and maintains the key planning and controlling elements set forth in company.
Planning processes and methodologies - Creating the project work breakdown structure, preparing cost reports and providing cost analysis, setup and maintenance of earned value progress reporting, variance reporting, status reporting, and resource analysis and balancing.
Interface with the Project Manager and project team to ensure task data is incorporated into the integrated project schedule Incorporate approved change orders into the project schedule and reports.
Basic / Required
Qualifications:
Demonstrated 1-3 years of in-depth project management experience on IT projects.
Thorough knowledge and minimum 3 years experience using Primavera 6 and MS Project to build project plans and track project progress.
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a regular, full time basis without restrictions - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Good communicator and able to work well with project managers and team members to identify problems or issues Active TWIC Card Preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Primavera project planning software experience; working with P6 a plus Knowledge and experience in working with IT project teams in the areas of planning, scheduling and controls Knowledge of project life cycle methodology Demonstrated ability to work as a team member and promote the adoption of Project Services established planning / control practices.
Contract:
03/06/2023 to 03/03/2024.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
